01Who we are and what we offer
EduGate Group is a guidance and admission office for university study abroad (EduGate Path) and the officially authorised international recruitment representative of the Technical University of Moldova (UTM). We also offer beauty courses through EduGate Beauty Academy.
02Information on the website
The information published here is general and introductory, and is not a binding offer. Fees, programmes and enrolment dates come from university sources and may change, so we confirm every detail with you in writing at enrolment.
03Decisions outside our control
University admission and its exams, visas and residence, and degree recognition in Israel are decided by the universities and the competent authorities, not by EduGate Group. We support you and prepare your file carefully, and review the recognition route with you before enrolment, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of a decision that belongs to another body.
04Payments
University tuition and fees are paid directly to the university; we never collect them. EduGate's own fees are set in a written agreement signed with you before work on your file begins, and that agreement governs payment and cancellation terms.
05Your responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information and authentic documents, and to tell us about any change that may affect your file.
06EduGate Beauty Academy
The details, dates and price of each course are confirmed at registration, and the academy's registration terms apply.
07Intellectual property
The texts, logos, designs and images on the website belong to EduGate Group or their respective rights holders, and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
08External links
The website may link to university and other third-party websites. We do not manage those websites and are not responsible for their content.
09Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but the website is provided as is, and we are not liable for damage resulting from relying on its general information without a personal consultation, to the extent permitted by law.
