This policy explains what information we collect on the EduGate Group website, why, who we share it with, and how to ask to see, correct or delete it.

01Who we are
EduGate Group is a guidance and admission office for university study abroad (EduGate Path) and for beauty courses (EduGate Beauty Academy), with offices in Majd al-Krum and Chișinău. Privacy enquiries: [email protected] or 053-362-9230.
02What we collect
- What you enter in the consultation form: name, phone number, destination, programme of interest, current status and your message if you write one, plus the site language and the page you sent it from.
- What you send us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- When you open an enrolment file: the documents needed for admission and visa, such as passport, certificates and transcripts, requested only when needed.
- Basic technical data that hosting and font providers log automatically on any website visit, such as IP address and browser type.
You are under no legal obligation to provide this information; you provide it voluntarily and with your consent. Without a name and phone number, however, we cannot contact you, and without the documents we cannot open an enrolment file.
03Why we use it
- To answer your request and schedule your consultation.
- To provide the service you ask for: choosing a programme, preparing your file, university admission, visa and arrival, or course registration.
- To run the website and protect it from spam.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.
04Who we share it with
- Service providers working for us: Cloudflare for website hosting, monday.com for managing requests, Google Workspace for email, and WhatsApp when you contact us there. Some of them may store data on servers outside Israel.
- The university or institution you choose, and the authorities involved in visa and residence, when you open a file and only as far as your file requires.
- An official authority where the law requires it.
05Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. We use the browser's session storage only to remember that you have seen the opening animation, and we load fonts from Google Fonts.
06Students under 18
Many of our students are still in high school. If you are under 18, we prefer a parent or guardian to take part in the enquiry and consultation, and we involve parents in every major decision.
07Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your request or service needs it and as the law requires, then delete it. We take reasonable measures to protect it and limit access to our team, although no system can be completely secure.
08Your rights
You may see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, under the Protection of Privacy Law. Send your request to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we can.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update appears above.
